With weekly rentals there is no charge for the use of the paddle boats, kayaks, canoes or row boat. * includes life jackets and any safety equipment as required by current boating law. |

All people in a cottage, except for infants 1 year or younger, count towards the stated capacity of the cottage. No over crowding will be permitted. Only one extra person allowed per cottage at a charge of $25.00 per night or $125.00 per week.
Day visitors $10.00 per person, regardless of age.
Northern Heights Resorts, it's grounds and facilities, is for the pleasure and enjoyment of our registered guests. For your comfort and security, we insist that day visitors and overnight visitors be registered at the office and advise that the applicable fee will be charged.
All rates quoted are subject to applicable taxes.

To avoid disappointment we suggest that you reserve in advance to ensure the cottage you desire for the time period you require. Phone and have a cottage held while your deposit is being mailed or we can take your visa number over the phone. Your deposit check must be received within 15 days of your phone reservation. A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 per week or $100.00 per weekend is required to hold your cottage, with the balance payable at check-in.
Confirmed reservations are guaranteed and a receipt will be mailed to you. A confirmed reservation is a firm contact, with no adjustments for late arrival or early departure.
Any personal information you supply over the telephone or by email, when reserving a cottage, or written on our Reservation Request, will be used by us to assist in providing additional services to you, in collecting amounts owing by you and in contacting you in the future with respect to services, facilities and specials that Northern Height’s Resorts may have to offer.
